Scuba Diving the Fiji Islands
Fiji is known as 'the soft coral capital of the world’ - the coral reefs of Bligh Water, Beqa Lagoon, Somosomo Strait (Rainbow Reef) and Savusavu are dominated by vibrant Dendronephthya corals. These corals, home to thousands of small fish, thrive in nutrient rich currents and create an extravagance of colour and a beautiful dynamic seascape.
Far away from land activity Fiji’s reefs - a mixture of barrier reefs, sunken atolls, dramatic walls and drop offs are blessed with very good visibility year round.
Our dive resorts offer marine sustainability initiatives - coral cultivation, shark protection programmes, crown-of-thorn management.
