Payments

A non refundable deposit of 20%  is required to secure your booking with the remainder of the balance due 60 days prior to trip commencement.

The receipt of the deposit automatically means the guest has read and agreed to the terms and conditions listed here.

Payment Methods

Waterlust.Fiji accepts credit card payments, wire transfers, direct deposits in a conveniently large range of currencies.  Accepted currencies include US dollars, Euros, GBP, Australian, NZ dollars and Fijian dollars.

Guest Insurance & Liability

Waterlust.Fiji does not accept responsibility for issues or expenses that are outside our control such as domestic or international flight delays, ill health,fire, floods, cyclones and other natural disasters, civil unrest or government instability

Cancellation & Refund

Waterlust.Fiji will attempt to accommodate any change to reservations with our resort partners you request or to postpone the dates of your travel.  In the absence of being able to do this we will offer other available similar dive resorts. Whilst the 20% bookings confirmation deposit is not refundable Waterlust.Fiji will refund 50% of other processed payments.

Travel Insurance

Waterlust. Fiji  is not responsible for any personal injuries suffered by guests on the loss or damage of personal equipment whilst the guest is engaged in activities on a Waterlust.Fiji dive trip. We strongly encourage travellers to Fiji to have adequate travel insurance which covers them for any accidents, loss caused by cancellations, loss of luggage or personal property. Dive insurance which covers the depth qualifications of a diver should be obtained prior to travel.
